Meet Our Owner
Chris Fuller, a native of Chicago, IL, is a Clinical Exercise Physiologist/Kinesiotherapist, Corrective Exercise Rehab Specialist, Personal Trainer, and Performance Nutrition Specialist. Chris has a wealth of clinical and functional rehab experience working with general fitness, special populations, and elite athletes among a variety of sports.
Originally from Chicago, IL, Chris headed to Northern Illinois University to pursue his Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences and eventually his Masters of Science degree in Exercise Physiology at Northeastern Illinois University with further doctoral studies in Health Science from Midwestern University in Downers Grove, IL. Throughout his 4 plus years at NIU in DeKalb, IL, Chris's passion for sports medicine and working with athletes fueled his desire to seek a career in the field of Osteopathy. Having a strong interest in integrating performance training, nutrition, and rehabilitation through sound movement enhancement principles, Chris utilizes his communication skills, teaching approach, and commitment to delivering quality care to make a positive impact on each client he works with. |
Chris has also been published in a few online blogs regarding injury prevention, featured as a trainer on "You & Me in the Morning" daytime talk show, and nominated as a key speaker at the OMICS International Conference & Exhibition on Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation. He remains active in his personal life, enjoys playing sports with his 17 year old son, and is always training towards his own personal fitness goals. Chris is excited about helping others to improve their quality of life through education, and exercise. His favorite quote is:
